Both sets are still in their original boxes. The boxes are open but the figures are still zip tied to the plastic and have not been used. There may be a couple of spots on some figures such as a small red paint spot on Santas belly, but this was from the factory production. The outside boxes do show wear such as creasing/tearing and the plastic window is loose.
