Vintage 2003 Lynn Haney Santa Claus "Holly and Ivy" #2433 with Christmas Tree, Teddy Bear and Rocking Horse. NO TAGS and NO BOX. Santa measures approximately 21" tall and the base is 7" x 7. Santa is in good pre-owned condition, with some wear and imperfections. There are some flaws in his coat (looks like missing threads).

Christmas tree is a little deformed. One of the felt pads on the bottom of the base is missing half. Did not see any other broken or missing parts.
