In incredible condition with minor wear on belt. All fingers and noses intact! This did not hinder his set up.

We merely placed the two back pegs in the bottom and set his arm in the tree branch to secure him. I have never seen this gorgeous piece anywhere on the internet. From the photo's you can see how Santa's belt has aging and you can see change in color and some flaking. Even though the belt may be removed, we kept it on because we loved the look.
