Up for sale is this adorable and pristine pair of vintage ceramic planters made in the likeness of pixies or elves wearing artichoke tops as hats. The girl is wearing a sweetheart-neckline dress and the boy is wearing a little suit with a bowtie.

Maker's marks say Gilner California Ceramic 1951. Both the boy and girl pixie/elf feature intricate detailing and impish facial expressions.

Each planter measures roughly 7 inches high and 6 inches wide. The girl pixie is slightly shorter.
