RARE Antique Heubach Snow Baby German Clock Germany Figurine Piano Baby

  
I'm offering this extremely rare German Snow Baby clock made by Gebrüder Heubach from around 1910! This beautiful mantel piece can be seen as "snowed" figurine and as a container in the grand opus done by Mary Morrison: Mary Morrison's Big Book of Snow Babies Fig.

7.8 & 8.41 and an un-snowed container Fig. I have only ever seen 2 of these in the over 30 years I've collected Snow Babies and I own both of them! Which is why I've decided to part with 1. Condition: The porcelain is perfect with no chips or cracks. The clock, made by Junghaus is original to the piece and is inoperative.

However, I feel that if that is something you wish to have serviced, it is likely a minor repair. The clock is definitely of good enough quality to justify it, but, honestly, I've had this piece for over a decade and never even thought to check if the clock worked until a few months ago. The last photo shows the Heubach starburst mark and the 4-digit number excised and backwards (a strange mold peculiarity). It was very difficult to get a photo of the starburst mark but it is plainly visible to the eye.
