VINTAGE DEPT 56 SANTA CLAUS NOAH ARK CHRISTMAS TREE ADVENT CALENDAR ANIMAL. What you see is what you will receive. The tree itself measures 38 tall. There is some wear throughout l a couple of the animals have small chips. One of the red balls on the tree has been worn.

There are some screws going into the base of the tree to the homemade black base. Comes with scuffs scratches and surface wear. Please see pictures and you be the judge on details and conditions.
