Vintage Napco Snowflake Girls X-8387 Japan Christmas Tree Wreath Bells Muffler. The girl holding the candy cane has been repaired. The repair was done very well.

There is some paint wear as with vintage items of this age. There is something brown on the bottom. I got it off some of the dresses. I just didn't take the time to do the bottoms.
